Description
The apartment is 72m², has one large bedroom and is fully-furnished. It is located on the 5th (and top) floor of a well-maintained building in the centre of Innsbruck. A lift runs to the 4th floor. The apartment faces northeast and southeast and has stunning views overlooking the city and mountains.
Location
The flat is located on Marktplatz square in the centre of Innsbruck. It is right by the River Inn and less than two minutes on foot from the historic old town.
Numerous supermarkets, shopping centres, theatres, museums, sights, restaurants, parks, etc are all within easy walking distance, as well as several universities, schools and nurseries.
One of the largest public transport hubs in Innsbruck is located less than one minute from the apartment and a large supermarket is located opposite.
Furnishings
The apartment is fully furnished, including bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cleaning products, hoover, etc.
Monthly Rent and Deposit
The monthly rent is € 1900.00 including all monthly running costs, water and electricity. The security deposit is € 2,000.00.
TV and Internet
TV and internet is not included in the monthly rent. However, the apartment is equipped with a Huawei 4G internet router, which you can top up for € 30 per month, no contract required. The apartment also has a TV and an Amazon Fire Stick. Rent includes the monthly GIS fee.
Parking
Parking is not included. It may be possible to rent a parking space in the building (duplex space so low cars only). Alternatively, two public garages are located very nearby:
