The apartment enjoys a central location directly by the River Inn. The historic old town is a scenic 10-minute walk along the river, Innsbruck Airport is 10 minutes away by car and the main train station is a 25-minute walk.

Supermarkets, shops, theatres, museums, restaurants, parks, several universities and the hospital are all within easy walking distance. One of Innsbruck’s main public transport hubs (Fürstenweg) is less than two minutes on foot and there is a supermarket directly across the street.
